Subject: Not knowing what to do on weekends
Dear Ms Emily,
I dont know what to do on the weekend. I'm usually bored and always asking my parents to entertain me. It's getting annoying and i really dont know what to do. Can you list a few things to keep me entertained for the next weekend? Thanks!

Hi Blobster!
I agree with not having much to do without going on electronics. Good news we're here to give you some suggestions! :)
1. Money Makers : Tie-dye Shirts
Make some groovy tie-dye shirts and sell them. Get dye and plain white T-shirts in different sizes, and do the dyeing with a parent.
2. Chocolate-Covered Marshmallows
With an adult’s help, cut a marshmallow into halves and place them on a microwave-safe plate or on a paper towel. Put two chocolate or butterscotch chips on each half. Ask the adult to microwave the marshmallows for about 5 seconds. Enjoy!
3. Giggle Game
When you have friends over, you can play a game in which you will try to make a person laugh by asking her questions. The only answers that she can provide are, 'Spicy pickles,' 'Pea green soup,' or 'Sausage.' The person has to pick one of those to answer every question. For example, you could ask, 'What’s your favorite color?' and the girl would answer, 'Pea green soup!' If the person being asked laughs, then you can pick another person to be asked.
4. Paper Doll
Draw a person on cardboard or construction paper and cut it out. Then make pretty clothing for it—colorful dresses, shirts, skirts, pants, shoes, socks, and even hair accessories. But most of all have fun!
5. Pretty Poster
If you are making a poster for a project at school, go to your local craft store and get gel pens and cute scrapbook paper. Buy a brightly colored poster board, too. It'll be very eye-catching!
6. Color Coordinate
A fun and easy way to dress in the mornings is to color-coordinate your closet. In my closet, all of my red clothes go in one section, all of my orange clothes go in another section, and so on.
Hope these 'What to do today' helps!

Dear Dozy -
As you may know, being tired all the time causes you to lose function. Here are some tips to make you feel better:
1.) Excercise. This is very important! :) It will may also make you sleep better at night. Getting enough exercise, as you know, is beneficial for all aspects of your physical and emotional health.
2.) Try to cut down on caffeine. Yes, this may give you a boost of energy. But in the long run, it can get you tired later on.
3.) Make sure to stay hydrated!

Dear Spot Trouble -
There are a lot of ways to help with your problem.
1.) Be sure to drink lots of water every day. In about 3 weeks, all of your pimples/spots will be cleared up!
2.) Exercise regularly to get the old blood flowing, and make sure you get a wash as soon after as possible.
3.) You shouldn't squeeze, pick, scratch, or rub your skin as it makes the problem worse, and it might even cause scarring.
4.) If possible, try to minimize your stress levels.
5.) Avoid unnecessarily touching your face.
